The Administrative staff is comprised of Company Principals and Administrative Assistants who are responsible for all aspects of business management. Company Principals work closely with the Administrative Assistants to ensure that BCA is operating efficiently. Our Administrative Assistants oversee Accounts payable and receivable, Human Resources, Payroll and day-to-day office management. They are also responsible for maintaining and upgrading company hardware and software enabling us to stay up to date with the latest advances in technology.


The Engineering Department is responsible for all design services for each of our land development projects. It is the goal and responsibility of the engineering staff to oversee progress of projects, to interact with Government review agencies to expedite plan and permit approvals and to keep clients informed of the status of projects. Attention to detail, correctness and completeness are the keys to quality projects. We stress this concept to all design professionals and support staff in an ongoing attempt to provide our clients with quality and efficient products.


The Survey Department is vital to each project providing boundary and topographic surveys, GPS control, technical computing, platting services, construction layout and as-built surveys. It can truly be said that our survey crews are the first to set foot on the property before planning and design begins and the last to leave the property when construction is complete.
